Sri Tulasi Ram
Solving technical problems, refining internal systems, and helping makers and engineers get the most out of their ideas.

I'm a Support Engineer at Cytron Technologies. My focus spans technical support, warranty and RMA operations, and building the internal platforms and SOPs that keep support running smoothly. Based in Penang, Malaysia, I work closely with hardware engineers, developers, and makers across the region. Outside of engineering, I'm drawn to design, shaping interfaces around how people naturally move and think, with nature as the quiet influence. Design lets me build beautiful foundations. Photography lets me explore the world and capture nature's magical moments.
